Terms of Use

Clagus Solutions is a trading name of Clagus Group OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in Estonia. Clagus operates a technology platform that coordinates onboarding, payment routing, and reconciliation between your business and regulated payment service providers, banking partners, and treasury infrastructure. Clagus is not itself a payment service provider, bank, e-money institution, or licensed financial institution, and nothing on this platform should be understood as a claim that Clagus holds any such license or authorization.

By accessing or using our website (clagussolutions.com), creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Clagus provides a technology platform, not a regulated financial service in its own right. We connect your business to regulated payment service providers, banking partners, and treasury infrastructure, and coordinate the onboarding, routing, and reconciliation workflow between you and those partners.

Clagus does not process payments as a licensed provider, does not hold customer or merchant funds, does not extend credit, and does not make lending decisions. Your contractual relationship for the underlying payment or banking service is with the regulated partner Clagus connects you to, governed by that partner's own terms — Clagus's role is the coordination layer, not the regulated counterparty.

Our services are intended for businesses only (B2B). By creating an account, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and have the authority to enter into arrangements on behalf of your company. We do not provide services to consumers acting in a personal capacity.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account and may have legal consequences.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, passkey, and multi-factor authentication credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@clagus.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All content on this platform — including text, logos, design, software, and data — is the property of Clagus Group OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Our platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any connected provider will accept, approve, or continue to serve your business. We make no representations about the completeness or accuracy of third-party data displayed on our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clagus Group OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to Clagus in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our platform connects you to regulated payment service providers, banking partners, and other third-party infrastructure. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, products, or services of any third party. Your relationship with a connected provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or another account.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with our services without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
